KEYSTONE INGREDIENTS

Privacy notice

Effective October 2, 2026. This notice describes information collected through the Keystone Ingredients website.

When you contact us

We collect the name, company, email, ingredient interests, and any project details you choose to submit. We use these details to evaluate your request, respond, and coordinate sourcing discussions. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

How the website is used

We record aggregate activity such as page views, ingredient opens, and inquiry starts to understand which information is useful. These records do not contain your form answers, email, or a persistent visitor profile. If you arrive through a campaign link, we may save its source, medium, and campaign name with your inquiry.

Storage and service providers

The website runs on Vercel. Inquiry and activity records are stored in a U.S.-region Neon database. Access to inquiries is restricted to authorized team members. Hosting and authentication providers may process technical request data to deliver and secure their services. We do not sell inquiry information.

Security and retention

We use server-side validation, access controls, and abuse protection. Short-lived hashed network identifiers are used for rate limiting. Activity events are retained for up to 90 days; rate-limit records for up to two days. Inquiry records and associated notes are retained for up to 24 months after their last update, unless removed earlier at your request. Provider backups and logs follow the provider’s applicable retention settings.

Your choices and contact

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your inquiry information. Use the contact form to send a privacy request.

Team sign-in

The private admin area uses necessary authentication cookies. These keep authorized team members signed in and are separate from public-site activity measurement.
